Despite early radiation premission, a dozen pilots arrived at the fort and feasted on the amazingly sweet spread of Rhubarb pies provided by BadCat for her trial. Unable to safely secure the lightsaber to a ship, Leotard channeled her warrior's spirit and instead, selected and secured the Klingon Alignment tool.
At launch, Lorax spoke for the trees and suffered a flat, Treekiller switched ships but promised to come back and 'deal' with Lorax. Afterwards, XXIII christened his new ship and Threespeed spoke a few words for our fallen pilot, RoadRash.
Despite some technical issues with radioboxen, the fleet patrolled through the Davis, Porter, Central, and Kendall constellations handing out highfives and spreading cheer. The fleet stopped underneath Zakim to visit the Zen garden and have everyone try out XXIII's ship. The fleet then moved on to the MIT system, where some technical navigation led to Trinity needing some brief repairs.
Out of nowhere, a transport arrives carrying YT and her ship, Stogie behind the wheel. After making the delivery, Stogie and transport vanish into the night, almost as quickly as he'd arrived. Some pilots at the scene wonder if he was ever there at all. Trinity repaired and a new pilot in the fleet, haste was made in further patrolling.
While making a return to the fort, the fleet executed the missing pilot formation and took a moment to remember our fallen. At the landing pad, BadCat was realigned to pilot status through the skillful use of the Klingon tool and a sacred, ancient ritual. Sidekick's recruit, Mugwort (later renamed Marrow) receives a proper hazing.
