Veteran Pilots Day

Dude, I think I need to flake out, man. There's like all this rain
and I have a job and I have a bunch of kids and school and stuff and
my girlfriend dumped me and I think I am supposed to perform open
heart surgery or something. But you should like totally ride anyway.

So we did. Pilots gathered at the fort for food molecules and then
headed to the launch pad to celebrate Veteran Pilots Day. After
witnessing YT christen her magnificent new ship, NoWay decided to ride
despite the fact that his body was more black and blue than pale.
This prompted WalTor to decide to ride despite his illness, so Diva
decided to join us too. So we grabbed our ships and headed out
listening to yellow alert over the
sonic disruptors.

YT led us through the Davis and Harvard and Central
constellations to Luna7-11 for some refueling. We then took off
towards planet McGrath. Shortly before arriving Retard was ejected
from her ship and suffered an injury but said to continue on.
Suddenly in the distance we saw laser beams and disco balls and picked
up sonic disruptors on our radar and they weren't coming from the
fleet. Apparently it was the work of some civilians. Upon arriving,
Megaseth, Hapto, Bendy, and Dillweed greeted us and told us we'd
reached the final frontier. After some dancing, chatting, and
attempting to open up a transport, we headed back to the fort, but not
without an impressive civilian floatie squadron in our wake, like
dolphins on a fishing boat feeding off our positronic super-chopper
groove disruprion field. Even the STs got into the groove, with hials
such as "turn up the music" and "I love this stuff". We couldn't be
more proud.
