Mission Summary

A temporal disturbance detected in fort airspace sent 13 pilots in a timewarp back to Earth Year 2003, back to the days when MySpace was king of the interweb. Dr.Claw led the fleet on a speedy route down to the Dorchester System for a quick visit to the Mighty Pear, before making final landfall on Castle Island. Lordmcfuzz got zonked from a little tooo much of Grog's magic moktar, while other pilots took the opportunity to chill in the cool nebular air to the not-so-smooth jams of the social network known as TikTok.

En route to Castle Island, Dr.Claw led the fleet to our favorite locations in the galaxy. His expert deciphering of script, symbols, and sketches led us past MIT’s sculptures, across lightyears and lightyears of Mass Ave, to a brass pear where photo challenge number one and two took place to the jingle of #SELFIE. #SororityPose #SelfieSummerTimeSaddness. A flash mob of Harlem Shakers began a competition with Gangnam style for the galaxy’s most viral moves and the pilots had to pack their 7/11 fuel for their next stops at M Street Beach and Castle Island. Banana Chips, spicy mangos, and starbursts helped revive a #NotDoingGreat LordMcFuzz while pilots flew sans uniform. On the return flight to the fort, BaneThunderwolf’s mid-flight plank challenge on Bieber Fever wrapped up the photo challenge and received 7,937,028 likes.
