Operation

Heavy Bumbardment

Lieutenant J.G. Waltor was transporting in from The Syracuse System in Galaxy NY, and did not arrive until after midnight. He did bring two recruits, however. We blasted off immediately. Within one light year something amazing happened: Waltor rode over a curb and had to stop to fix what we thought was a loose seatpost. It turns out the seat tube had broken free of the bottom bracket shell of CCT Singularity, damaging the hull beyond repair.

The Sacred Singularity

The CCT Singularity was a ship that was to be the ship that could not die. Specifically designed for Waltor, the intention of the design was that if anything failed on the ship it would be rebuilt and reinforced in such a way that it would never fail again, weight not being an issue. This being CCT Singularity's second mission, Waltor Killed it with a capital K. We are so proud of this that Waltor was given yet another Damage BADDVIPS Medals of Damage and of Artifact.

A short derby was held while Crack and WalTor returned to Fort Francis for ship exchange. Flasher hit a pothole and bent USB Abandon All Hope's forks in the process, also earning a BADDVIPS Medal of Damage. He also won the derby.

Reaching the party in time proved a risk that SCUL was not willing to take. We decided to scrub the destination and head for Luna IHOP in the Watertown System, and count our blessings.
