Princess, Wizard, Monk. Choose your destiny. Give away all the jewels.
The ghost of the Aquaprincess had come to our captain in the night, and given him dreams of jewels. When he awoke in the morning he was guided by premonition to a street corner, where a magic glowing garbage bag did call his name. He opened the bag, and BEHOLD! Jewels of every kind imaginable! The words of the Aquapricess echoed through his soul "give way all the jewels." and the mission was born. But he must find those worthy of heart to join him. Who would they be!? He spread the news throughout the land and this Saturnight SCUL started our journey into space with a core adventuring party of royal, magic and clerical character classes that had chosen not to take points in desert-survival.
There was much excitement at MRC as it was learned exactly what War was good for. Just before launch our adventurers spotted an NPC, whom our party leader, Skunk, believed was the chosen to ride the newly-painted War into battle. Though it took much convincing and bribery with royal titles, the good Princess Hecklar joined up for the night.
Sorcerer Claw had a magical map on hand, to lead us to the people most in need of jewels and cheer. The chanting hyms of the muses; p. funk, james brown and Bootsy Collins created a Cloud of Jive and everyone within a 6 square radius of the party was dealt 1d6 points of excitement +1 per three caster levels.
After smooth, uneventful sailing through the Harvard Kingdom, we ended up in the midst of the stars that create the shape of the Davis Kingdom, where we visited JayPee, the Ice Cream Princess, who of course gleefully covered us with fuel of candy coated sweet creamy goodness. Our spell casting proved fruit full as the local creatures were drawn to our funk and or magical glow. They gathered round, peoples from every planet, of every station, age, speaking different languages but all sharing the interplanetary language of funk, we shared our stories of intergalactic travel and we gave them jewels, as the Aqua Princess commanded. We bid these ice-cream-ruled planet dwellers good bye, and sailed off down the community worm hole to the Mass Ave belt. There, we were rewarded for our duty by the addition of two NPCs to our ranks.
Soon, however luck would turn to duty as one of the NPCs had a mechanical. We pulled out of space and landed before a closed pastry planet, where we encountered drunk civilians, who wanted to pilot our ships. Of course, piloting your first ship in this condition may not be the best idea, but giving away ship rides seemed to be in line with the Aqua Princess's commandments. There was much sharing and exciting conversation betwixt our pilots and the NPCs, and soon the civilian ship was repaired, and on we flew, back to the Harvard Kingdom.
Princess Jay Pee had instilled us with a renewed vigor, and hooting and hollering commenced. As we approached the Magical Nerd Kingdom, we were thrilled to learn it was a time of much celebration, as it was the festival of the Roller Coaster King! He greeted us in his magical shopping cart, and flew with us all over his land. We were truly honored as his people trusted us to take him across the river rainbow all the way to the Bean City! The Wizard of Bean was a character all good children grew up knowing in the Aqua Kingdom.
