The objective of Operation Hammertime was to travel to the remote Larz Anderson Museum Bicycle Trade Show and Swap in order to enter USB Mjollnir, a chopper made from scrap titanium, into the people's choice award.
This mission was plagued with brutal g-well activity and heavy radiation from the start to the finish. USB Mjollnir was originally scheduled to fly to the show under it's own power, however it was decided that it would be best to transport it in order to keep radiation contamination minimized until after the show.
The efforts paid off. Mjollnir received a lot of attention from musclebike enthusiasts. To top it off, SCUL won the Larz Anderson People's Choice Award Best Custom 1999.
We returned to Fort Francis and celebrated
