Who made this movie and how did they do it? This movie was made by SCUL. Every time SCUL goes on a mission, we take an 8mm video camera with us and capture the action. SCUL has boiled down over 130 hours of over 75 missions spanning six Earth years to give the audience a feel for what it is like to be recruited by our gang. Just what is SCUL, Anyway?!
